    This Sunday, February 26: The Combined Evening Service will be in the Reformed Church at 6:30.

    New Sermon Series on the Church This year, churches from around the world are celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation.  

 To reflect on this, Pastor Josh will be beginning a new sermon series on the church, beginning the Sunday after Easter.  The topics of this series 

 will be based on a book called A Well-Ordered Church, written by pastors William Boekenstein and Daniel Hyde.  The book speaks to 

 the church's identity, authority, ecumenicity, and activity.  Each chapter has discussion questions to further our thinking as we discuss it together

 as a church.  If you would like to order the book for $10.50, see the sample and sign-up sheet by the kitchen window. 
     The Southwest MN Christian freshman class would like to invite all Senior Citizens for a hour of fun, 10:00-11:00 a.m. on the following 

 dates: April 5 - BINGO; April 12 - Cards; April 19 - Hymn Sing with the Chamber Choir; April 26 - BINGO. On April 26, we will have a 

 chapel as part of Christian Education week starting at 9:00 a.m. following by BINGO. We hope you can join us for one, two, three, or all four 

 days! We look forward to spending time with Senior Citizens from our local community and those who join us as visiting guests.
    The American Red Cross will be holding a blood drive at the First Reformed Church in Edgerton on Monday, April 3 from 12:30 until 

 6:30. Please call Betty Huisken (442-7131) for an appointment to donate. Making an appointment keeps the day going smoothly and the waiting 

 line not so long. You may also make an appointment online. The need is constant. Please donate a unit of blood.

    Minnikota Youth and Dordt College would like to invite your 6th-8th graders to the 7th Annual Jr High Retreat April 7-9 at Inspiration

    Hope for Life Community Church invites the churches of Minnkota Classis to attend our dedication service to celebrate our new ministry

 center church building. The date is Sunday, April 30, 2:00 pm at the church located at 10 2nd St. NE, Watertown, SD. Rev. LeRoy 

 Christoffels will be bringing the message. Rev. Tim Owinga will be the ministry leader for the Worship time. Refreshments will be served

 after the service.
   Cuba Parsonage Update Our Classis has helped support the building of a parsonage for the church in Torriente, Cuba. If you go to this

 church have invited anyone from our Classis to Cuba at the end of June to attend a Young People's retreat as well a dedication service. If 

 there is any interest in this, please contact the church office or Roger Talsma. We also thank all who supported this work and went on

 the mission trips to Cuba these past few years.
