in the fellowship hall.  You can take an ornament from the Christmas tree to buy one or more items in honor of a friend or family member.

Please place your orders directly from World Renew either by donating online, filling out the order form in the back of the catalog and mailing

it in along with your check to World Renew, or by calling them.  Blank cards to write your own gift-acknowledgment as well as extra catalogues

are located on the table next to the Christmas tree.
On Monday, January 8 at 7:00 p.m. Gems and Cadets will be showing a 40 minute video of the 2017 Cadet Camporee in the

Black Hills instead of a regular meeting. The parents of the Gems and Cadets are invited, as well as the entire congregation, to come watch

and see what Cadet Camporee is all about.   Snack will provided after the video.
From Southwest Minnesota Christian High School:
Southwest MN Christian High School’s homecoming week is scheduled for January 8-12. During the week, there are two home games.

The girls will play at home on Tuesday, January 9 hosting Red Rock Central. The boys will play at home on Thursday, January 11,

hosting Hills-Beaver Creek. There will be basketball shooting skill competitions at half times of the varsity games for any and all alumni

participants. During the game on Thursday night, we will recognize the classes of 1958, 1968, 1978, 1988, 1998, and 2008. Please look for

more details and the pictures of each of the classes we are recognizing by going to the SWMCH website: www.swmch.org. Also on Thursday

night, the junior class will be serving a walking taco supper. Hotdogs will be on the menu along with drinks and homemade bars. Taco meal

will be $6.00. Hotdog meal will be $4.00.
Please also keep in mind the Season of Giving. During the 17-18 basketball season, SWMCH is asking for your help in supporting

Trentin Bass, H- BC student injured in a football game, and three SW families in the midst of cancer treatments, Mark Van Dam,

Ryan Vanderby, and Rob Veldkamp. Collection boxes will be at the gate tables and concession stand during the basketball season and

during the month of January, all concession proceeds will be directed to the Season of Giving opportunity. Thank you for your love and

support of each of these families in so many ways.
Please remember, you are always welcome to join us for chapel, stop in to walk through school, seek ways to support the school, and

reminisce and remember your story and the story of your classmates as being part of God’s great and wonderful story and plan. Hope to

see you during the New Year!

    THANK YOU
The Chandler Youth Group would like to thank you for supporting us with our fundraiser.  We donated 26 boxes of Legos and 6 gift cards
