We extend our Christian sympathy to Gwen Kreun and Sharla Vander Woude and their families in the death of their mother, Mary Van Essen,
on Wednesday. May God's grace surround them in this time of loss. The visitation will be at the First CRC in Edgerton today from 2-4pm,
and the Memorial Service will be at 11 am on Monday.

This Sunday, Oct. 15: This morning we prepare our hearts in anticipation of celebrating the Lord's Supper next Sunday morning. The
Combined Evening Service will be in the Reformed Church at 6:30 p.m.

TODAY (after the morning services) and also at 7:00 on Oct. 25 which is a Wednesday evening. Our last practice will then be early morning
Oct. 29 before the service.
We have received word recently that the Chandler Reformed Church has made the decision to discontinue the joint evening service in
their church. The elders have decided to continue a weekly evening service in our church at 6:30 pm. We invite all members of the community
continue to join us for the evening service and we ask that you keep
the planning and volunteers for our worship services in your prayers.

still resonate for us today. Please join us in praising God for his great faithfulness to his church. During this service we will be nourished by
God’s Word and the celebration of the Lord’s Supper. A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow. Through our time together, Jesus’
Church will be built up and readied to follow as disciples of his. We look forward to worshiping with you! There will be no 6:30 pm service
Bakes Potato Supper will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. with the donation sale starting at 7:00 p.m. vfrt
can gather with your family to learn how God is moving families beyond poverty, hunger, and oppression and equipping them with skills to
succeed. Join us on November 5 for this year's World Hunger Sunday!!
The Outreach Committee is looking for 5 volunteers to each cook a turkey for the Harvest Meal on Saturday, November 18. Please

you are invited to four sessions that include faith-filled stories of Christians with cancer, encouragement, and above all the hope that is only
found through our precious Lord. The evenings are facilitated by a cancer survivor. Every session is independent and different from the others
and so you can join us for one evening or for all. 4 consecutive Mondays: 7:00 p.m. October 16, 23, 30, and Nov. 6. Place: Bethel CRC
in the school gymnasium. The music selections will include childhood folk music, common songs from Sunday School, and songs from the
years students were born. Also premiering are two new pep-band pieces for the upcoming winter athletic activities. Please join as we enjoy
the talents of our students and encourage them in their fine arts activities.
