Next Sunday, July 29, The Fellowship Committee is planning a potluck breakfast on Sunday July 29 at 9:00 a.m. Church will supply the
juice (apple and orange), and coffee. Please bring your favorite breakfast dish to share.

The decision has been made to postpone the painting of the sanctuary until January so that there is more time to fix any problems that may
arise with the repair of the ceiling. Thank you for all your generous support!
It's time to start preparing for another season of Apples of
Gold! Apples of Gold is building up marriages, mothers, and lives
worldwide. It's not just a mentoring program, it's not just
a cooking class...it's a nurturing, inter-generational connection that
teaches women how to love
their husbands, love their children,
and how to practice submission, hospitality, kindness, and purity
A new season of AOG will be
2018. Meetings will be Mondays (9/17, 9/24, 10/8, 10/15, 10/29,
11/5, 11/12) from 4:30-7:30 at First CRC
There are six lessons and then a grand finale supper with
spouses. The first hour is a cooking demonstration, the second
hour is a
Bible study, and the third hour we enjoy the
meal that was prepared. If you have participated in AOG in the
past, you know what a blessing it is! Please
encourage/invite someone new to participate in the program. If you are

Blood is a lifesaving gift most healthy people can give. The community is encouraged to donate blood on Tuesday, July 24 from 12:30
6:30 PM at the Reformed Church in Edgerton to help those who have been
seriously injured and need blood products to help them recover.

day, the American Red Cross must collect nearly 14,000 blood donations
meet the needs of trauma patients and others with
serious medical conditions. To make an appointment please contact

Summer is awesome! With that thought, we would like to share the 2018-2019 school registration packets for Southwest MN Christian
School were mailed out last week and the Edgerton Christian Elementary
packets will be mailed out the week of July 15. The first day
school for SWMCH is Tuesday, August 21 and for ECES Monday, August 27.
The extra-curricular activities meeting will be held on
July 19 for all students in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in an
athletic or fine arts activity. The meeting will be held at First
Reformed Church in Edgerton and will begin at 7:00 p.m. If you do not
receive your packet, please contact the SWMCH school
(442-4471) or ECES school office (631-6181). We welcome new families to
join us for the upcoming school year. If you would like to
more about SWMCH or ECES, please contact either school office. We pray
you will continue to enjoy summer activities, summer
and time with family and friends. We covet your prayers as the
administration, teachers, support staff, and school board continue
preparations for the upcoming school year. We look forward to spending
another year of growing together in knowing, loving, and serving
God and others, and exploring our role as Citizens of the Kingdom!!
