From the Council: At the July 10 Council meeting, a real estate representative from the state of Minnesota met with the Council and
presented an offer to purchase a small piece of land that MnDOT needs to complete the bridge replacement under Hywy 91 in 2019. They
will purchase .08 acre and rent .11 acre for 5 years for the project to be done. The offer made for the purchase was $2,059.00 for the .08
acre and $1,241.00 for the 5 year rent of the .11 acre. A resolution was made by the Council to accept the offer of $3,300.00 for the sale
and 5 year rent made by the State of Minnesota. If you have any questions, contact one of the Council members.
We would to thank Geri Sankey and Leona Talsma who gifted The Christian Flag to the church in memory of Harris and John
“The Christian Flag has a red cross representing the blood of Jesus who died on the cross for our sins; the blue represents loyalty
 or faithfulness
to Christ; the white represents purity and peace.”
Next week Sunday, September 9, we will be kicking off a new season of church school and catechism.  Praise team will be singing during
