You did it!!  We challenged the church school classes to bring offerings for the World Renew catalog program and said that
we would try to match them. They raised $353.74 during the school season.. On June 2 we had a special offering and matched
the church school with an additional $527.50. So we will be sending $881.24 to World Renew to buy the gifts that the kids
have already chosen. Thank you everyone!!!

This week please pray for the Chandler Community Vacation Bible School which will be meeting from
6-8:30 pm from Monday through Thursday at the Reformed Church.  On Friday, the community is invited to the
 closing program at 6 pm.

The synod of the Christian Reformed Church will meet on the campus of Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI
from Friday, June 14 to Thursday, June 20.  Delegates from our classis include Pastor Brian Kornelis,
Pastor Scott Muilenburg, Pastor Harold Westra, and deacon Brent Van Schepen.  Please keep the delegates and
 our denomination in your prayers.

Our 5th Sunday potluck this month will be a breakfast potluck on June 30 beginning at 9:00 AM. Bring a breakfast
item of your choice. Everyone is welcome.

We have set up a meal schedule to bless two families in our community dealing with cancer - the families of
Meylin Mendoza and Kristi Huge.  Please contact Karen Christoffels at or call the parsonage
if you would like to be put on the schedule.

The Southwest MN Christian High School Society meeting was held on Tuesday, June 4. Information from the
past school year, financial reports, and a collaboration report were presented. School board members elected are
Traci Vander Haar, Grant Post, Tadd Prins, and Crystal Vis. The SWMCH Foundation meeting was also conducted
with Todd Vis and Roger Talsma elected to this board. As we look forward to a new school year beginning on
Tuesday, August 20, we cannot express enough thanks to our Heavenly Father for His love and for the opportunity
we have to share His love and story on a daily basis in the high school educational setting. With thanks for your support
for the educational, spiritual, and physical well-being of our youth, we are reminded that each generation needs to have
the support of those who have come before them…”Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask
or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus
throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.” –  Ephesians 3:20-21

Thank you to everyone who contributed to another successful SWMCH Building Fund Drive. Receipts to date
total $ 39,602.50. The summer work on the roof has been completed and two new gym furnaces and other projects will
be completed over the next couple of months.
